The Fan Grievances
1. The Clock Management: Burning timeouts in the first quarter, failing to use them at the end of the half, and an overall baffling approach to situational football.
2. The Conservative Playcalling: Playing not to lose instead of playing to win. Soft zones on 3rd and long that surrender easy first downs time and time again.
3. The Lack of Fire: A sideline demeanor that rarely matches the urgency of the moment. We need a leader who rallies the troops when the ship is sinking!
4. Acceptable Mediocrity: We are tired of the constant excuses and settling for ".500 is good enough." We are completely over the lack of progression and adjustment.
Tampa Bay deserves better. The talent is there, but the coaching is holding us back.
